Shipping will be provided through USPS.
**Return Policy** Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase with receipt.
**Refund Policy** All sales are final for in store purchases unless item is damaged. If item is damaged, you have up to 3 days to bring the item back to exchange or receive store credit.
RETURN POLICY FOR BAGS OF BALLOONS: THE SALE OF ALL BALLOON BAGS IS “FINAL” ONCE THEY LEAVE THE STORE OR ARE SHIPPED. THEY CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.
BALLOON DECOR POLICY
Once your event is booked, that time slot is reserved for you and supplies for your event are ordered. Orders canceled 30 days or more prior to your event are eligible for a credit for your next event equal to monies paid, however no refund will be given. Orders canceled less than 30 days from the event are not eligible for cancellation, no exceptions. Refunds are not provided on any orders.
